• Pole design parameters optimized based on arm configuration, luminaire load, and wind-load calculations

• All pole sections fabricated and welded using special V-groove MIG welding techniques by certified welders

• Built-in control box with die-cast aluminium service door and safety rope for secure maintenance

• Die-cast aluminium door contoured to pole shape with silicone rubber gasket for weather resistance

• Pre-wired control gear tray with MCB protection and loop-in / loop-out terminal connectors

• Elongated foundation bolt holes in base plate for fine alignment during installation

• Base plate manufactured from E250 grade steel ensuring high structural stability

INSTALLATION METHOD

Surface-mounted using a heavy-duty base plate and installed on a pre-formed RCC foundation, with elongated anchor bolt slots for accurate leveling and alignment.
